Grtpa Side Effects Report #5119976-2
Grtpa side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 19, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral artery embolism and was treated with Grtpa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, blood glucose increased, blood pressure increased, haemoglobin decreased, haemorrhagic cerebral infarction, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased, transient ischaemic attack, vocal cord paralysis. Grtpa dosage: 28.8 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, GLYCEOL, VERAPAMIL, METILDIGOXIN, HEPARIN, LAFUTIDINE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died.

Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FAMOTIDINE, DIAZEPAM, RADICUT, GLYCEOL. Patient died.

Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FAMOTIDINE, DIAZEPAM, RADICUT, GLYCEOL. Patient died.

Grtpa dosage: 41.4 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ADALAT, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, LACTEC, GLYCERIN, FRUCTOSE, HUMULIN R, LASIX, VITAMIN D. Patient died on 01/14/2006.
