After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood stem cell transplant failure, cardiac arrest , jaundice , liver disorder, pyrexia, renal disorder, renal failure. Hematopoetic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACTIGALL, ZOSYN, DIFLUCAN, PREVACID, ACYCLOVIR, MYCELEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/13/2006.
