After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest. Heroin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COCAINE, OXYCODONE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient died on 01/01/2006.
