Holoxan side effect was reported by a Physician from NORWAY on Feb 14, 2009. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma and was treated with Holoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: crying, encephalopathy, feeling of despair, muscle spasms, nausea , neurotoxicity, renal impairment. Holoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HOLOXAN BAXTER, HOLOXAN BAXTER, HOLOXAN BAXTER, HOLOXAN BAXTER, HOLOXAN BAXTER, HOLOXAN BAXTER, CISPLATIN. Patient recovered.

Holoxan dosage: 2340MG TOTAL DAILY DOSE FROM DAY 1 TO DAY 5.. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATYL, GEMZAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
