Hydralazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 11, 2006. Female patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Hydralazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiomegaly, computerised tomogram abnormal, connective tissue disorder , delirium, diffuse alveolar damage. Hydralazine dosage: 100 MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, CLONIDINE, NIFEDIPINE, FOSINOPRIL, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Hydralazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CITRATE, HYPERBARIC, BUPIVACAINE, FENTANYL, LACTATE, LACTATE, SYNTOCINON, AMOXICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, hellp syndrome, hepatic enzyme increased, hyperkalaemia, hyperreflexia. Hydralazine dosage: 10 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, DANAZOL, FOLIC ACID. Patient recovered.
