Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with myeloproliferative disorder, anaemia, skin cancer What is  skin cancer, hepatic failure, coagulopathy and was treated with Hydroxycarbamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: actinic keratosis, keratoacanthoma, nail pigmentation, skin hyperpigmentation, squamous cell carcinoma, ulcer What is  ulcer. Hydroxycarbamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IMIQUIMOD, FOLIC ACID, FOLIC ACID. Patient recovered.

Hydroxycarbamide dosage: 500 MG TWICE A DAY. During the same period patient was treated with IRON, FOLIC ACID, SPIRONOLACTONE, FUROSEMIDE, ALLOPURINOL, THEOPHYLLINE. Patient recovered.
