Hydroxychloroqin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 03, 2007. Male patient, weighting 197.1 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Hydroxychloroqin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pneumonitis. Hydroxychloroqin dosage: 400MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ERLOTINIB, CLINDAMYCIN, LOVENOX, OXYCODONE, OXYCONTIN, TESSALON, TUSSIONEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/29/2007.
