Hyoscine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 09, 2009. Female patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with salivary hypersecretion and was treated with Hyoscine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anticholinergic syndrome, increased upper airway secretion, respiratory failure. Hyoscine dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYOSCINE HYT, ONDANSETRON, MANUKA, GINKGO BILOBA, VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENT, MOTILIUM. Patient died on 01/27/2009.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anticholinergic syndrome, dry eye, increased upper airway secretion, respiratory failure, skin irritation. Hyoscine dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL; HALF A PATCH EVERY THREE DAYS, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYOSCINE HYT, ONDANSETRON, MANUKA, GINKGO BILOBA, VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENT, MOTILIUM. Patient died on 01/27/2009.
