Hyoscine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on May 16, 2003. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 144.2 lb, was diagnosed with salivary hypersecretion, affective disorder, schizophrenia and was treated with Hyoscine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood calcium decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, bronchopneumonia, chest x-ray abnormal, diarrhoea, hypotension, neutrophil count increased, pyrexia. Hyoscine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, CLOZARIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with salivary hypersecretion and was treated with Hyoscine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: concomitant disease aggravated, hypertension, hypotension, malaise, sinus bradycardia, tachycardia. Hyoscine dosage: 1 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, FLUPHENAZINE, HALDOL, DIHYDROERGOTAMINE, PRAZEPAM, NOZINAN, DHE SANDOZ. Patient recovered.
