Hyzaar side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Jan 29, 2008. Female patient, 95 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, hyperuricaemia, constipation , rhinitis allergic, arteriosclerosis, gastric ulcer and was treated with Hyzaar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, cardiac failure, hyponatraemia. Hyzaar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALDACTONE, URALYT, GLYSENNID, ALESION, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, NORVASC, ASPIRIN, LAFUTIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/18/2007.
