Hyzaar side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 19, 2006. Female patient, 84 years of age, weighting 158.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Hyzaar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood sodium decreased, fatigue, malaise. Hyzaar dosage: 12.5 MG X 2 DAILY PO RECENT DOSE INCREASED. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, MONOPRIL, AMIODARONE, LIPITOR, NORVASC, LASIX, CLARITIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
