Male patient, child 8 years of age, weighting 61.95 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache
, local swelling, pain in jaw, photophobia, pyrexia, shunt malfunction. Idursulfase dosage: (13.5 MG,1 IN 1 WK), INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with DIAMOX, XENOPEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Idursulfase Side Effects Report #5374125-0
