Idursulfase side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 25, 2007. Male patient, child 8 years of age, weighting 61.95 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache , local swelling, pain in jaw, photophobia, pyrexia, shunt malfunction. Idursulfase dosage: (13.5 MG,1 IN 1 WK), INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with DIAMOX, XENOPEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, headache , hypotension, nausea , pulse pressure decreased, yawning. Idursulfase dosage: (0.5 MG/KG, 1 IN 1 WK), INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, OMEPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, DIGOXIN, TORSEMIDE, PIMOBENDAN, LEVOTHYROXINE, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, OMEPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, DIGOXIN, TORSEMIDE, PIMOBENDAN, LEVOTHYROXINE, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
