Imipenem side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on July 15, 2008. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia, leukaemia and was treated with Imipenem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute monocytic leukaemia, agranulocytosis, fungus culture positive, hepatic enzyme increased, jaundice What is  jaundice, lung infection, respiratory failure. Imipenem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CILASTATIN AND IMIPENEM, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM, FLUCONAZOLE, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE. Patient died on 07/10/2008.
