Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type ii diabetes mellitus, cirrhosis alcoholic and was treated with Innolet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose fluctuation, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, muscle tightness. Innolet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INNOLET N CHU, INNOLET R CHU, ASPARA K, ALDACTONE, PANVITAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abscess , aspiration, cardiac arrest , convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, dyspepsia, enterobacter infection, hypoglycaemia, ileus paralytic. Innolet dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/25/2006.
