After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, laryngeal oedema, laryngeal stenosis, lung consolidation, neonatal disorder, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Inomax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GENTAMICIN, DEXAMETHASONE, CEFTAZIDIME, CAFFEINE, ACETYLCYSTEINE, BICARBONATE IN PLASTIC CONTAINER, CHLORAL HYDRATE. Patient recovered.

Inomax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, AMIKACIN, IBUPROFEN, VANCOMYCIN, CEFOTAXIME, FENTANYL, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
