Male patient, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis , erectile dysfunction  and was treated with Inspra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, erectile dysfunction , headache , somnolence. Inspra dosage: 50 MG (50 MG), ORAL; 25 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, VIAGRA, CIALIS, ATENOLOL, COZAAR. Patient recovered.

Inspra side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Nov 27, 2006. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure and was treated with Inspra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, dialysis , fall , renal failure, somnolence, traumatic brain injury . Inspra dosage: 25 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ANGIOTENSIN II ANTAGONISTS, BETA BLOCKING AGENTS, DIURETICS. Patient died.

Inspra dosage: 25 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ANGIOTENSIN II ANTAGONISTS, BETA BLOCKING AGENTS, DIURETICS, ATACAND, MARCUMAR, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, SIMVASTATIN, NORVASC. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, fatigue, nervousness, sensory disturbance, somnolence. Inspra dosage: 50 MG DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TORSEMIDE, DIGITOXIN, ATACAND PLUS, BELOC. Patient recovered.
