Iohexol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 16, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 168.7 lb, was diagnosed with catheterisation cardiac and was treated with Iohexol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute prerenal failure, contrast media reaction. Iohexol dosage: 30ML ONCE IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with MEPERIDINE, PROMETHAZINE, ALPRAZOLAM, FERROUS SULPHATE, ASCORBIC ACID, FUROSEMIDE, METOLAZONE, HEPARIN. Patient recovered.
