Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 29, 2008. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, ELPLAT, AVASTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, fall , jaw fracture, platelet count decreased. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, BEVACIZUMAB, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
