Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 224.0 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Janumet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pyrexia, rash erythematous, skin exfoliation. Janumet dosage: 50/500MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMBIEN, CELEXA, PROVIGIL. Patient recovered.
