Female patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 33.07 lb, was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis and was treated with Kineret. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, autoimmune hepatitis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased. Kineret dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, CORTICOSTEROID NOS, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, IMMUNOGLOBULINS, DUPHALAC, SOLUPRED, PHOSPHATE, CALCIUM CARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
