Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Leflunomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , hemiparesis, partial seizures, progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. Leflunomide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE. Patient recovered.
