Levocarnitine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with mitochondrial cytopathy and was treated with Levocarnitine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, dyspnoea, flushing, headache What is  headache, infusion related reaction, product quality issue. Levocarnitine dosage: 1000MG TID IV DRIP. Patient recovered.
