Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with sinusitis , type 1 diabetes mellitus, bronchitis , hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, mycosis fungoides and was treated with Levofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, ischaemic cerebral infarction, myalgia, pain in extremity, tendonitis. Levofloxacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE, AUGMENTIN, COAPROVEL, BEFIZAL, NOVORAPID, LEVEMIR, AURICULARUM, DOLIPRANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
