After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, dialysis , hyperkalaemia, renal failure acute. Levothyrox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SOPROL, CORDARONE, PRAZOSIN, INEXIUM, ATARAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
