Lignocaine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 13, 2006. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia, prophylaxis and was treated with Lignocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conjunctival oedema, exophthalmos, eye inflammation, eye movement disorder, eye oedema, iatrogenic injury, muscle swelling, ocular discomfort, optic nerve disorder. Lignocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BUPIVACAINE, HYALURONIDASE, PROXYMETACAINE, POVIDONE IODINE, CHLORAMPHENICOL, PREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with HYALURONIDASE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
