After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metabolic acidosis, overdose, tachycardia. Lignocaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE, CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE, PHENYTOIN. Patient died.
