Lipanthyl side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 17, 2005. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Lipanthyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: c-reactive protein increased, confusional state, hyperglycaemia, leukocytosis, pancreatitis acute, renal failure acute, white blood cell count increased. Lipanthyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLICLAZIDE, METFORMIN, ACEBUTOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, KARVEA HCT, DEXAMETHASONE ACETATE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
