After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Lipitor dosage: 20 MG (20 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, DOCUSATE, LABETALOL, FUROSEMIDE, DOMPERIDONE, AMLODIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
