Locol side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 31, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with mixed hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Locol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, brain operation, myopathy, peripheral nerve operation, post procedural complication, rhabdomyolysis. Locol dosage: 80 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with FENOFIBRATE, NIASPAN, ANAESTHETICS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Locol side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 02, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with lipids increased, sedation and was treated with Locol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood creatinine increased, myoglobin blood increased, rhabdomyolysis. Locol dosage: 80 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL. Patient died.

Locol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from GERMANY on Sept 19, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Locol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, multi-organ failure, myoglobinaemia, renal failure, rhabdomyolysis. Locol dosage: 40 MG DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/17/2006.
