Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with anaplastic astrocytoma and was treated with Lomustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , accidental overdose, bone marrow failure, hepatotoxicity, ileitis, mental status changes, multi-organ failure, neurotoxicity, pancytopenia. Lomustine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
