Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , diarrhoea, angina pectoris, coronary artery disease , hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Lopinavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: phlebitis, pulmonary embolism , thrombosis. Lopinavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RACECADOTRIL, ZIDOVUDINE, LAMIVUDINE, ATENOLOL, PRAVASTATIN. Patient recovered.
