Female patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with urticaria chronic, asthma  and was treated with Loratadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: burning sensation, condition aggravated, depersonalisation, depression , dissociation, dizziness , hallucination, hypersensitivity. Loratadine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SINGULAIR. Patient recovered.
