Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with social phobia and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blepharospasm, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, depression , dizziness , hepatic steatosis, nausea , palpitations, pyrexia, tinnitus . Luvox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 28 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder , panic disorder  and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, bone pain, burning sensation, depression , dyspareunia, excitability, feeling cold, genital pain. Luvox dosage: 100 MG. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiac arrest , depressed level of consciousness, depression , electrocardiogram qt prolonged. Luvox dosage: 50 MG, (50 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with APRINDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, SULPRIDE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, NIFEDIPINE, MEXILETINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activation syndrome, agitation, anxiety , asphyxia, completed suicide, condition aggravated, depression , feeling guilty. Luvox dosage: 75 MG (75 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIANSERIN. Patient died on 05/17/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, DOTHIEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, DOTHIEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, DOTHIEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ETHYL LOFLAZEPATE, FLUNITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Luvox dosage: (50 MG,1 D), ORAL, (100 MG,1 D), ORAL; (50 MG,1 D), ORAL; (150 MG,1 D), ORAL; (75 MG,1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TEPRENONE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, CLOTIAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, anorexia, carbon monoxide poisoning , completed suicide, confusional state, constipation , decreased interest, depression , impulsive behaviour. Luvox dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ETHYL LOFLAZEPATE, ALPRAZOLAM, MILNACIPRAN HYDROCHLORIDE, CLOTIAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/14/2008.
