After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, brain oedema, hepatomegaly, hepatotoxicity, liver injury, mental status changes, pleural effusion, somnolence, urinary tract infection . Macrodantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOSAMINE, ASCORBIC ACID. Patient recovered.
