Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 280.0 lb, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, disorientation, dyskinesia, foaming at mouth, hallucination, heart rate increased, muscle twitching, tremor. Marinol dosage: ONE 5 MG TABLET 3X DAY BEFORE MEAL PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with decreased appetite, ill-defined disorder and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , orthostatic hypotension, tremor. Marinol dosage: DAILY DOSE: 2.5 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, ASPIRIN, ZOCOR, METFORMIN, NPH INSULIN, CHLORPROMAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
