Maxzide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 20, 2006. Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve incompetence, mitral valve incompetence. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZANTAC, NAPROSYN, LODINE, DESYREL, LESCOL, PROZAC. Patient recovered.
