Maxzide side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 31, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, fluid retention, coronary artery disease , back pain , arthritis  and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, angina unstable, depression , dyspepsia, heart rate irregular. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUPRIL, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, LIPITOR, METOPROLOL, VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
