Maxzide side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 31, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, fluid retention, coronary artery disease , back pain , arthritis  and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, angina unstable, depression , dyspepsia, heart rate irregular. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUPRIL, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, LIPITOR, METOPROLOL, VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, GLUCOTROL, CARDIZEM, AVANDIA, GLUCOPHAGE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
