Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, fluid retention, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease, back pain What is  back pain, arthritis What is  arthritis and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, angina unstable, depression What is  depression, dyspepsia, heart rate irregular. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUPRIL, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, LIPITOR, METOPROLOL, VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
