Mectizan side effect was reported by a Physician from CAMEROON on June 13, 2007. Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with onchocerciasis and was treated with Mectizan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, arthralgia, asthenia, back pain , conjunctival haemorrhage, headache , pruritus, urinary incontinence . Mectizan dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
