Mefoxin Side Effects Report #5101464-0
Mefoxin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 30, 2006. Female patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with mycobacterium abscessus infection and was treated with Mefoxin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breast prosthesis user, cardiac arrest
, enterococcal infection, erythema multiforme, hypotension, implant site effusion, incision site infection, lung infection. Mefoxin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALGANCICLOVIR HYDROCHLORIDE, AMIKACIN, KANAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
