After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal insufficiency, dizziness , fatigue, haemoglobin decreased, hypogonadism. Megestrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENOXAPARIN, CARBOPLATIN, PACLITAXEL, DOCETAXEL, IMEXON, PEMETREXED, DEXAMETHASONE, TESTOSTERONE. Patient recovered.
