Meiact side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 16, 2009. Male patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with nasopharyngitis, bacterial infection
, influenza and was treated with Meiact. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain herniation, brain oedema, cerebral ischaemia, continuous haemodiafiltration, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatitis fulminant, influenza. Meiact dosage: 300MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SULPYRINE, CEFOCEF, RELENZA, PRONASE, DIPHENYLPYRALINE CHLOROTHEOPHYLLINATE, BIFIDOBACTERIUM, DEQUALINUM CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/19/2009.
