Mellaril Side Effects Report #4749135-4
Mellaril side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on May 19, 2003. Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Mellaril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, overdose, suicide attempt, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia. Mellaril dosage: 200 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
