After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, endocarditis , febrile neutropenia, fluid overload, hypoxia, mitral valve incompetence, renal failure. Melphalan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, GABAPENTIN, ELAVIL, PROTONIX, VICODIN, CENTRUM, CALTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Melphalan dosage: 330MG CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with THALIDOMIDE, DEXAMETHASONE, ZYRTEC, LOVENOX, AMBISOME, PEPCID, ZOLOFT, ROBITUSSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
