After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: epistaxis, international normalised ratio increased, prothrombin time prolonged, vitamin k deficiency. Meropen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, LASIX, GASTER, ACECOL, FLUITRAN, ALDACTONE. Patient recovered.
