Metastron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Sept 12, 2008. Male patient, 82 years of age, weighting 105.6 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic pain and was treated with Metastron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anaemia, asthenia, dysphagia, gait disturbance, gastric ulcer haemorrhage, hot flush, malaise. Metastron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUTAMIDE, MELOXICAM, DICLOFENAC, ZALTOPROFEN, ZOLEDRONIC ACID, LEUPRORELIN ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/01/2008.

Metastron dosage: 2.5 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with FLUTAMIDE, MELOXICAM, DICLOFENAC, ZALTOPREOFEN, ZOLEDRONIC ACID, LEUPRORELIN ACETATE. Patient recovered.
