After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion. Methadone dosage: 10 MG X 5 TABLETS, TWICE A DAY (10 MG), PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACTOS, FLOMAX, ACIPHEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
