Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 115.1 lb, was diagnosed with pain in extremity and was treated with Methadone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , blood pressure increased, dizziness , feeling abnormal, hypokinesia, nausea , sensation of heaviness. Methadone dosage: 20 MG, TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZANTAC, ALPRAZOLAM, CYMBALTA, HYDROCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Methadone dosage: 320 MG, BID (32 TABLETS EVERY 12 HOURS). During the same period patient was treated with VALIUM, METOPROLOL, ALLOPURINOL, CLONIDINE, PREDNISONE, TYLENOL, FENTANYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
