Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 13, 2005. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, inadequate analgesia, post procedural complication. Methadose dosage: 60-240 MG, PER 24 H, PO. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCOCET, GABAPENTIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, bradycardia, cardiac valve disease, cardiomyopathy , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrolyte imbalance, extrasystoles, hyperhidrosis, hypocalcaemia. Methadose dosage: 140 MG Q 6 HR PO. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, IV HYDRATION, IV HYDROMORPHONE, IBUPROFEN, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE, SPINAL ANALGESIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, chest pain , dizziness , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, loss of consciousness, muscle spasms, palpitations, torsade de pointes. Methadose dosage: 185 MG, QD. Patient died.
