, headache
, loss of consciousness, stomach discomfort, syncope. Methocarbamol dosage: 750 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CLONIDINE, FOLIC ACID, OMEPRAZOLE, RISPERIDINE, FLUOXETINE, ATENOLOL, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized.
